Northampton High welcomes guests to fun Arts Morning & Play Event

State-of-the-art Junior School opens its doors for Early Years Stay and Play Event & Junior Arts Morning

Northampton High School was delighted to welcome lots of new girls into our Junior School on Saturday 13 May for our Early Years Stay and Play Event & Junior Arts Morning!

In a morning filled with fun and creativity, our guests were able to explore our state-of-the-art school, enjoy our outstanding resources and meet our dedicated members of staff.

Our KS1 classrooms were transformed for the occasion, with fun activities filling the different areas of our bespoke school. From sensory play with chia seeds and spaghetti, to creative fun with paint and outdoor materials, our youngest visitors had a fabulous time! As always, it was fantastic to meet new parents and discuss what our Junior School can offer their daughter.

Our Junior Arts Morning was a ‘drop off’ event, filled with arts based activities and tasty refreshments! Through a range of creative sessions, led by specialist teachers, the girls were able to experience our Junior School for themselves alongside like-minded girls. The groups enjoyed a carousel of activities, including stop motion video creating, charcoal drawing and group singing; concluding the morning with a musical performance to parents! We were very impressed with their fabulous creations, particularly some of the stop motion videos, which we have linked below:
