If you would like to make a safeguarding disclosure, we encourage you to do so by emailing safeguarding@nhs.gdst.net.

We may need to contact you for further details, so please remember to include your name, contact number and email address in your submission. We cannot promise confidentiality or anonymity, however we will treat each contact with the utmost respect and tact.
