Let’s turn “can we?” into “we can!”

Northampton High School is Made for Girls. Visit us to find out how and why.

Our Open Days are the first step towards being part of the GDST family. The first step in your daughter’s journey of self-discovery. A very important step.

Joining us at an Open Day is an excellent way to get to know us as well as we know our pupils. Please see below for upcoming dates, and click the relevant link to register your interest.

Whole School Open Morning, 3 May: We welcome you and your family to have a tour of our wonderful school, meet with key members of staff and enjoy a buffet lunch.

Junior School Taster Day, 10 May: We are delighted to invite girls aged 6 – 10 years to join us for a taster day and experience being part of our school community. A wide range of lessons will be on offer during this fun and informative day.

We have Sixth Form, Senior, Junior and Nursery Open Days. This ensures your daughter is getting the best education throughout her journey at Northampton High.

We offer open days, mornings or evenings and we encourage you to bring along your daughter/s and any other family or friends who are interested in seeing the school. We are excited to get to know you and your family.

Our all girls school open days are catered to each individual on the day, ensuring that the prospective pupil knows exactly what our school is all about and how they can grow and learn with us.

A personal visit

Coming to one of our open events is a good introduction to our school. To take the conversation about your daughter and what the High School can do for her to a deeper level, we recommend a personal visit.

Come and take a personal tour with one of our Sixth Form students (for Seniors) or the Head of Junior School (for Juniors). You can see the school in action and we can tailor the tour to your interests.

Come and meet the Head and, over a cup of tea or coffee, we can begin to focus on the questions you and your daughter have about her next step, whether that’s Junior or High School. The Director of Sixth Form is also on hand to talk about the Sixth Form experience and offer guidance on important choices for the future.

Please contact us on nhs.admissions@nhs.gdst.net or 01604 765765 (option 3 for Admissions) to arrange a personal tour at a time to suit you and your family.
