Part Time Cleaner (Evening)

Hours: 15 per week, Monday – Friday, 3.45pm – 6.45pm, all year
Required start date: October 2021
Contract term: Permanent
Rate of pay: £9.70 per hour

The role:

We currently have a vacancy for a late afternoon/early evening Cleaning Assistant role.  Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking general cleaning and associated duties in any location throughout the school. Good rates of pay and uniform provided.

Teacher of English

Hours: Part-time, approx. 0.6 FTE
Contract term: Permanent
Required from: January 2022 (or earlier if appropriate)

The role:

We have an opportunity for an inspirational teacher of English to teach across the school, from Year 7 up to A Level (and possibly Oxbridge entrance). The successful candidate will be able to create engaging schemes of work, lead trips/visits, support university preparation and support the vibrant extracurricular life of the school, particularly within English and Film.

She/he will be a good communicator who can enthuse and inspire both pupils and colleagues and will have exciting ideas about the teaching of English and the ways in which it can be further developed and encouraged across the whole school. Experience of teaching (or an interest in) the subject of Film Studies would also be beneficial.
