Every year at Northampton High we host a Books Fair in our Junior School. This event is well-loved by our pupils as they enjoy exploring new books and genres, and immersing themselves in the world of fiction!
This year’s Books Fair was particularly successful, with our pupils raising a fantastic £837.07 to be invested into the selection of new books for their ever-expanding library.
At Northampton High, our students are supported to enjoy reading and progress quickly with their abilities in this important skill from a young age. Reading is an integral part of our Junior School journey and we take pride in our pupils’ passion for books and learning. Our girls love spending time in their fantastic newly-resourced library, immersed in a good book, where their imaginations have no limits!
Thank you to our wonderful parents for their generous contributions towards this year’s Books Fair. The fantastic total we have raised to support the library’s stock selection is evidence of their devotion to their child’s reading development.
