On Friday 15 October, Years 4, 5 and 6 were extremely excited to be invited to meet Jacqueline Wilson, in the virtual world.
It was a pleasure to hear Jacqueline talk so passionately about her love of books and the writing process, and we cannot wait to read her new novel, ‘The Primrose Railway Children’, inspired by E. Nesbit’s timeless classic. I am sure there will be a queue to read the signed copy, donated to our Junior School library!
A special mention must go to Angelie in 4N as her question was chosen as one of the few Jacqueline had time to answer – well done, Angelie!
I hope this visit inspires all of the girls to enjoy a good book or two during the break!
