Think Tank Science Experience

On 6th November 2017, girls from Year 6 visited the Think Tank in Birmingham to explore the Planetarium, Control Lego and the fascinating world of the dinosaurs.

During the Control Lego workshop girls learnt about how to identify problems, come up with solutions and how to build and code to test their own ideas. During the Dino Discovery session, girls were encouraged to to link dinosaurs to the world we live in today through hands-on learning

The day helped the girls to gain knowledge and understanding of a number of key concepts in the STEM curriculum, as well as standing them in good stead for the future.
