On the evening of Friday 9 November, we were delighted to be able to welcome back the Class of 2018 as part of our Awards Evening celebrations. In our annual tradition, our most recent Alumnae, the 2018 Leavers, were welcomed back to Northampton High for a private champagne reception, giving them the chance to catch up with school friends and teachers alike ahead of the annual Awards Evening.
Having the girls back in school for the first time since results day in the summer, it was amazing to hear how everyone was progressing at university after nearly a full term, as well as our Alumnae undertaking apprenticeships and GAP years. Against the backdrop of the Senior School foyer, transformed with golden balloons, lanterns and fairy lights, spirits were high as old friends were reunited in the most elegant of settings.
Drinks and canapés were served before a group photograph was taken to commemorate the evening. The smiles on the faces of the girls and staff members testament to how great it was to celebrate this occasion and toast their next adventures.
