At Northampton High School, our Nursery and Preschool offers various session options. Our Nursery is open for 50 weeks of the year, and our standard Nursery hours are 8am – 5pm. We understand flexibility is important to families, so we offer an early morning session from 7am and a late teatime session until 6pm and can accommodate collection from our afternoon sessions any time after 3.30pm.
We offer full-time places for 2-year-olds (50 weeks) and those who join us from age 3 for Preschool need to attend a minimum of 5 sessions (2 and a half days) per week. We also offer limited term time spaces (35.2 weeks) for those who join us in Preschool from age 3.
We are delighted to offer the Government-funded 15 hours which start the term after your daughter turns 3 years old. These funded hours continue until the term after your daughter turns 5 years old; therefore those girls who join our Reception Class will receive a discount on their fees, where applicable. We also accept Childcare Vouchers, and Government Childcare Tax Account payments for our Nursery fees. Fees include all food and activities throughout the week, for example Ballet and Forest School. There are occasionally extra club options offered during the day at an additional cost, for example gymnastics, and swimming for Preschool girls aged 3.5 years upwards.
