Life After Sixth Form

We measure our success by the extraordinary range and quality of destinations and course options chosen by our students, each matching their personal ambitions.

At Northampton High School GDST our bespoke Sixth Form programme provides a genuinely individual approach that ensures students are well informed of the range of post A Level options available to them and that they feel empowered to make the choices most suitable for them to meet their future goals. The vast majority choose to attend a Russell Group university, however some of our Sixth Formers choose apprenticeships, a gap year or direct entry into the workplace at the end of Year 13 and we work collaboratively with students and their families on ensuring a student’s next steps are fully supported.
