At Northampton High School we pride ourselves on providing a wide variety of freshly cooked and prepared options to cater for all tastes, moods and dietary requirements.

April Jones (Chef Manager) and her team are passionate about providing vibrant, fresh and enticing dishes. Where possible, we use local suppliers and tailor our menus to make the most of seasonal produce. When catering for 650 people daily, different people have different tastes and preferences, so we appreciate we cannot always provide dishes that everyone will either fancy on that day or perhaps not like, so we ensure that we create a wide range of lunch options every day, so that you’ll always be able to find something to make your mouth water and set you up for the afternoon.

Our hot meal options are freshly prepared by our team of chefs daily which include traditional school favourites such as sausage and mash, roast chicken with all the trimmings, spaghetti bolognese to more exotic options like lebanese shawarma, aromatically spiced bhunas or greek spanakopita.

Our salad bar is a rainbow of colours and flavours with dishes and combinations from across the world. A wide variety of naked and dressed salad options, toppers, sauces, dressings available to mix and match to your own tastes.

Our delibar provides a selection of freshly baked, locally produced bread options, from cheese topped rolls, multigrain bagels to delicious soft sliced bloomers. There is an array of sliced meats, a variety of cheeses and delicious mixed fillings available daily that can all be finished off with fresh salads, sauces and chutneys.

Every day there are also crispy jacket potatoes, with hot and cold fillings, warming soups, yoghurts, fruit bowls, hot and cold desserts and freshly cut fruit.
