The school’s White Room was transformed into a vibrant gallery on Thursday 20 March, as the Spring Collective Art Exhibition opened its doors to celebrate the incredible talent of students from Year 5 to Year 13, alongside alumni, staff, and the wider creative community.
The event, eagerly anticipated by the school, showcased over 230 unique and inspiring artworks, each a testament to the dedication and creativity of the participating artists.
The opening night was a resounding success, drawing a large crowd of students, parents, staff, and art enthusiasts. Attendees enjoyed refreshments and live music performed by Mr. Nathan and Sherain from Year 11, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
The exhibition also saw a number of artworks sold, demonstrating the high caliber of the students’ work and the community’s support for their artistic endeavors. Each piece of artwork had 20% donated to the Northampton Hope Centre, a charity which Northampton High School work closely with to raise money for their inspiring work in our local community.
The Spring Collective Art Exhibition has been hailed as a significant success, highlighting the school’s commitment to nurturing creativity and celebrating the artistic achievements of its students. The event serves as a testament to the power of art to inspire and connect, and the school looks forward to continuing to showcase the talents of its creative community in future exhibitions.
“A huge congratulations to all the girls from Year 5 to Year 13 who submitted their incredible artwork for the Spring Collective Art Exhibition!
